What made me want to pick this book up was it being described as Gossip Girl meets Get Out – at first I had no idea how this would work but my god it worked. It took a couple of chapters to settle in but once I was in, I could barely put it down. I had heard and seen so many positive things about this book before I read it so was already excited to dive in and I think it lives up to it’s hype.
